i called Rick's after the towing service my roadside assistance contacted failed us by dropping us off their service list from the day before (when a tow ban prevented them from completing our winch out). They picked me up in 15 minutes, diligently worked to get my car out of the ditch off I-80, and had us back on the road in no time. They clearly communicated at every step of the way, made us feel safe and taken care of, and the price they charged was very reasonable. Additionally, they are compliant with IA DOT regulations and carry liability insurance, which can't be assumed with all towing companies. Definitely recommend Rick's!

On a Saturday afternoon my car broke down on I-80. I utilized my roadside assistance service, however after over an hour, they had not located someone to dispatch. I called Rick's and within 30 minutes he was there and able to tow my car to my desired location. Great customer service, professional, knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend. If I run into an issue in that area, I'll call Rick's and just submit a receipt later rather than wait.
